VyatkaStroyDetal preexpander is well-known in Russia and CIS countries as a quality product with brilliant characteristic of performance and accuracy. It is also rather easy to install and operate.
The preexpander is a part of the set of equipment used in production of EPS sheets. Its aim is to preexpand beads of expandable polystyrene both diffused and non-diffused by means of thermal treatment. Water steam functions there as a heat carrier.

The moulding system is a good bargain for styrofoam producers as it allows quick filling and easy maintenance. Moreover, the system is able to fit into lower building, which is a space-saving advantage.
